By using AchieversIT Toolkit ("the Toolkit") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Who we are
The Toolkit is operated for and on behalf of AchieversIT, Bengaluru, India. References to "we", "us", "our" mean AchieversIT.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate information when you sign in or pay.
- You agree not to impersonate anyone else.
3. The service
The Toolkit offers AI-powered career tools: resume builder, ATS score checker, cover letter generator, LinkedIn optimizer, interview prep, salary estimator, career planning, and others. You provide inputs; an AI provider generates outputs; you keep, copy, edit, or discard the results.
4. Your account
- You can use most tools anonymously — your browser session keeps your history locally to that browser.
- If you sign in with Google or via magic-link email, your history is linked to that email and available across devices.
- Sign-in is your responsibility. Don't share login links or grant access to anyone you don't want using your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit inputs designed to harass, defame, deceive, or harm others.
- Try to bypass rate limits, the paywall, or other security controls.
- Scrape, automate, or stress-test the service beyond what it's designed for.
- Use the service to generate content that violates Indian law.
- Submit material protected by intellectual property rights that you don't have the right to use.
6. AI-generated content
- Outputs are generated by a large-language-model provider and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or invented facts. Do not rely on outputs without checking them.
- You own what you produce using the Toolkit. We claim no rights over your resumes, cover letters, or other generated drafts.
- We don't guarantee outputs will be original, free of similarities to other content, or fit for any specific purpose.
7. Payments and refunds
- While the Toolkit is in open beta, the service is free.
- When pay-per-use pricing launches (planned at ₹10 per generation), payments are processed by Razorpay. Pricing is shown before you pay.
- Generations are delivered immediately. Because the AI output is a digital good consumed at generation time, refunds are at our discretion and granted only for failed or empty outputs caused by our side. Email us within 7 days of the transaction.
- All amounts are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but make no uptime guarantees. We may pause, restrict, or end any tool at any time, with or without notice, especially during beta. We'll try to warn you for non-trivial changes.
9. Intellectual property
- The Toolkit's code, design, logos, and trademarks belong to AchieversIT.
- You retain ownership of what you create using the Toolkit.
- The AchieversIT name and logo are property of AchieversIT and may not be used without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AchieversIT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Toolkit — including lost interviews, missed opportunities, or career decisions made on the basis of AI output. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid us in the previous 12 months (or ₹1,000, whichever is higher).
11. Termination
You can stop using the service any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that risks others.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the home page for at least 14 days. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
